Ahmad Sher Lodhran Lodhra Most Wanted Man Of Lodhran City

I belong to the group of Rajput families who migrated from India (Haryana) and settled in different districts of Pakistan. These families mostly put (Rao) before their name. Well, they come to the real issue. Recently I had to go to the Lodhran district of South Punjab city. There is a small village called Faizpur at a distance of 3 km to the east of the city. In this village, I had to attend a Chehlum ritual. I had to come a day earlier. There were other guests who were my close relatives and some of them were also nappy friends. I used to go to the village after a long time and gossip with friends till late at night. There was a news that surprised and disturbed me at first I could not believe it but when other people also confirmed it I had to believe and this incident forced me to write this column.

The story goes that the land of the deceased was about 10 acres. And that land was given on contract to a man named Ahmed Sher Lodhra. The contract of that land came every year. After the death of the deceased, when the heirs inherited in their name. When the relocation went to Patwari, it was revealed that the area had been transferred to the shrine of Ahmed Sher Lodhra, who had been cultivating the land on a contract basis for a long time. This was a shocking thing when the two sons of the deceased I went to the man and asked him and he told me that your father had sold the area to me ... I was shocked to hear this story ... how is it possible that in the absence of heirs the deceased inherited the land? He passed away without any agreement and did not tell his children.

I did further research and found that the deceased was over 80 years of age and mentally unbalanced and often used to seduce the late Ahmed Sher Lodhra that his eyes were on his territory, Patwari, Tehsildar, and Law. He had committed this fraud by conspiring with Goh. An investigation into a man named Ahmed Sher Lodhra revealed that a man named Ahmed Sher Lodhra did not have a good reputation. He is closely associated with an occupation group that is currently active in Lodhran city. He is known as a fisherman, pimp, shatter, dishonest, and fraud, while he has a deep connection with the ruling party. He is also associated with influential people of the city. Are

The man who used to cultivate locks 15 years ago. His father used to work as a laborer. He had only two acres of land in which 5 brothers and 1 sister had a share. Then what was the source of income that made him a landlord today? The NAB and anti-corruption should not lay their hands on the people whose plight is troubling the poor. Such wolves later become a menace to society. The government that goes to the door of the poor and administers justice has failed in its mission.

As fast as the government is laying hands on people like Nawaz Sharif and Zardari, if it lays hands on other corrupt and criminal people like Ahmed Sher in the guise of nobility in the middle class, then change in the country can be expected. Ironically, when a poor and oppressed person raises his voice for his rights, the voice of the bully is suppressed by people like Ahmad Sher. The country can never develop unless the lives, property, and dignity of the lower classes are protected. If wolves like Ahmed Sher, who belongs to the ruling party, are not restrained, the results of the next election will be different.

میرا تعلق راجپوت فیملی کے اُس گروہ سے ہے جو انڈیا (ہریانہ) سے ہجرت کرکے آے آور پاکستان کے مُختلف اضلاع میں رہائش پذیر ہوئے۔یہ فیملی زیادہ تر اپنے نام سے پہلے (راو ) لگاتے ہیں ۔خیر اصل ایشو کی طرف آتے ہیں۔پچھلےدنوں میرا جنوبی پنجاب کے شہر ضلع لودہراں جانا ہوا۔شہر کی مشرق کی جانب 3 کلومیٹر کی دوری پر ایک چھوٹا سا گاوں ہے جس کا نام فیض پور ہے۔اسی گاوں میں مُجھے ایک رسمِ چہلم میں شرکت کرنا تھی۔چونکہ میں قریبی رشتہ دار تھا تو ایک دن پہلے آنا پڑا۔وہاں اور مہمان بھی آے ہوے تھے جو کہ میرے قریبی رشتےدار تھے اور کُچھ تو لنگوٹیے دوست بھی تھےمیرا چکر گاوں میں کافی عرصے کے بعد لگا تھاتو رات دیر تک دوستؤں سے گپ شب ہوتی رہی۔اسی دوران مُجھے ایک ایسی خبر ملی کہ جس نے مُجھے حیران اُور پریشان کردیاپہلے تو مُجھے یقین نہ آیا لیکن جب دوسرے لوگوں نے بھی اس بات کی تصدیق کی تومُجھے یقین کرنا پڑا اُور اسی واقع نے مُجھے یہ کالم لکھنے پر مجبور کیا۔

قصہ کُچھ یوں ہے کہ مرحوم کی زمین جو کہ 10 ایکڑ کے قریب تھی ۔اور وہ زمین احمد شیر لودھرا نامی شخص کو ٹھیکے پر دی ہوئی تھی ہر سال اُس زمین کا ٹھیکہ آجاتا تھا۔مرھوم کی وفات کے بعد وارثان جب اپنے نام پر وراثت مُنتقل کروانے پٹواری کے پاس گئے تو یہ انکشاف ہوا کہ رقبہ تو اُس مزارے احمد شیر لودھرا کے نام مُنتقل ہو چکا ہے جو عرصہ دراز سے زمیں ٹھیکے پر کاشت کر رہا تھا۔یہ ایک چونکا دینے والی بات تھی۔جب مرحوم کے دونو ں بیٹے اُس شخص کے پاس گئے اور اُس سے پوچھا تو اُس نے بتایا کہ رقبہ آپکے والد صاحب نے مُجھے بیچ دیا ہے ۔۔۔یہ سٹوری سُن کر مُجھے بڑا دھچکا لگا۔۔ایسے کیسے مُمکن ہوسکتا ہے کہ وارثان کی غیر موجودگی میں مرحوم وراثتی زمین کا انتقال بنا کسی ایگریمنٹ کے کسی اور کہ دےدےاور اپنی اولاد کو بھی نا بتائے۔۔

میں نے مزید تحقیق کی تو پتا چلا کہ مرحوم کی عمر 80 سال سے زیادہ تھی اور زہنی توازن بھی سہی نا تھا اور اکثر احمد شیر لودھرا مرحوم کو ورغلاتا رہتا تھاکیوں کہ اُس کی نظر اُسکے رقبے پر تھی ،پٹواری ، تحصیل دار،اور قانون گوہ،کے ساتھ ساز باز کرکے اُس نے یہ ٖفراڈ کیا تھا۔ احمدشیر لودھرا نامی شخص کے بارے میں تحقیقات کی تو پتا چلا کہ احمد شیرلودھرا نامی شخص کوئی اچھی شہرت نہیں رکھتا۔ایک قبضہ گروپ جوکہ آج کل لودھراں شہر میں سرگرم ہے اُس سے اس کا گہرا تعلق ہے ۔ویسے بھی شہر کے لوگ احمد شیرلودھرا کو ایک رسہ گیر،دلال،شاطر،بےایمان اُور فراڈیے کے نام سےپُکارتے ہیں جبکہ حکومتی جُماعت سے بھی اس کا گہرا تعلق ہے۔شہر کی با اثر شخصیات کا آشرباد بھی اس کے ساتھ ہے۔اب تک بے شُمار لوگ احمد شیرلودھرا کے ہاتھوں لُٹ چُکے ہیں

جو شخص 15 سال پہلے قلفی کی ریڑہی لگاتا تھا۔جس کا باپ مزدوری کرتا تھا ۔صرف دو ایکڑ زمین تھی جس میں 5 بھائی اور 1 بہن حصے دار تھی۔پھر ایسا کون سا زریعہ آمدنی تھا جو آج یہ شخص زمیندار بن گیا۔کیا نیب اور انٹی کرپشن کو ایسے لوگوں پر ہاتھ نہیں ڈالنا چاہیے جن کے اعتاب سے غریب عوام پریشان ہے ۔ایسے ہی بھیڑئے بعد میں مُعاشرے کے لیے ناسور بن جاتے ہیں۔غریب کے دروازے پر جاکر انصاف دینے والی حکومت اپنے مشن میں ناکام ہوچکی ہے ۔

حکومت جتنی تیزی سے نواز شریف اور زرداری جیسے لوگوں پر ہاتھ ڈال رہی ہے اس کے ساتھ اگر مڈل کلاس طبقے میں شرافت کا لبادہ پہنے ہوئے احمد شیر جیسےدوسرے کرپٹ اور جرائم پیشہ لوگوں پر بھی ہاتھ ڈالے تومُلک میں تبدیلی کی اُمید کی جاسکتی ہے۔ستم ظریفی تو یہ ہے کہ جب کوئی غریب اور مظلوم شخص اپنے حق کے لیے آواز اُٹھاتا ہے تواحمد شیر جیسے لوگوں کے ذریعے دھمکی دھونس دے کراُنکی آواز دبا دی جاتی ہے۔ جب تک نیچلے طبقے کی جان مال اور عزت محفوظ نہیں ہوگی مُلک کبھی بھی ترقی نہی کر سکتا۔ حکومتی پارٹی سے تعلق رکھنےوالے احمدشیر جیسے بھیڑیوں کو اگر لگام نہ دی گئی تو آئندہ الیکشن کے نتائج کُچھ اور ہونگے
